Won't Recalculate Transaction Total

I am manually adding a discount code to a transaction that was already completed. The discount code will show up as applied but then I receive a warning box that states EE was unable to recalculate the total. I tried to manually push the “Recalculate Taxes and Total” button but it also doesn’t recalculate. When I go to generate a receipt or invoice, it looks like $175-$30 is $175 so it’s not creating an accurate receipt.

Keep in mind that’s an odd issue, so getting the credentials is not a solution guarantee, it will help us to troubleshoot this.
