Won’t let Canadian residents register to Webinar

They won’t let Canadian residents register to a
Webinar as it only will allow zip code on the address field.

It should change to postal code?

The provinces are under the State, go it. So, will postal code work for zip for Canadians?

Hi Peyton,

I might be misunderstanding your question, but yes, the zip code field can accept a postal code. You can even change the label for the zip code field so its label instead says “Zip or Postal Code”. You go to Event Espresso > Questions and make that edit there.

Both should work fine, the Zip system question input field is a simple Text field, it should basically accept anything.

I’m in the UK so use the Zip field as Postal Code (XXX XXX or XXXXXX format) both work fine.

All work fine for me.

Are you getting an error when testing this somewhere?

Probably user error due to labeling. We can’t test for Canadians and that’s who had the problem.

We changed the label to accommodate both.
