We created an event with multiple registration dates and tickets. The earlier ones worked but now it won’t allow users to purchase less than 5 tickets at a time.
Some of the tickets for that event do indeed have their minimum quantity field set to 5. What you can do is go in to edit the event, then check each ticket that’s still desired to sell, and click the gear icon. That will open up the advanced settings for the ticket, where you can change the minimum quantity field to 0. You may need to repeat the above steps for each ticket in the event.
