Using the People Admin plugin we have created a “Coordinator” type:

Now there are checkboxes in the event admin and we can add individuals as Coordinators, but can we give them specific permissions?
We would like to give event coordinators view-only permission to view registrations for specific events, including the list of registered attendees and their payments and balance due.
How might we do that? Thanks for your help! – Linton

People admin has no connection with the capabilities.
If you want WordPress capabilities for restricting access to various actions and views in the users dashboard.
