1.Email from CMS to desired list of delegates
2.Delegate clicks on peronsalised URL
3.Site is pre-populated with delegates details from CMS
4.User clicks on preferred attendance option (Lunch, Dinner, (VIP)) or decline invitation
5.Site receives registration request/decline
6.Site sends confirmation email to delegates wishing to attend

Hi there,
Event Espresso does not have a feature to pre-populate information based on a URL.
The closest option is the WP User Integration for Event Espresso 3. However, that requires that an attendee register at least once so the information can be retrieved and displayed during future registrations.

Thank you for your reply.
Lets assume the site owner pre-registers the atendees. Can they then be emailed an invitaion and steps 1-6 initiated ? Or are there further issues ?

Hi Chris,
I want to be upfront about what is available out of the box as this sounds similar to an RSVP system.
Event Espresso is a better fit for managing events where there is a group of attendees registering for one of more events.
Number 2 isn’t available and they would need to login for the information to be pre-filled. On 3, the attendee would need to select their registration option and then continue through registration checkout even if it is simply a pre-approval (https://eventespresso.com/features/admin-pre-approval/).
There isn’t a decline or accept option in terms of registration checkout.
