I cannot understand why there is a $10 fee for reseting the site license. Is it not common practice to develop locally and then publish the site to a clients server? Penalising developers for this practice seems odd. |
Hi Corey, The fee is not applicable for resetting in the case when developing locally and publishing to live. I’ll re-post some information that can be found on our FAQ page here:

Ok so why when I request a new key am lead straight to a payment page? |
Corey, The reason you are taken to a payment page is because we charge for moving a license to a whole new site. We don’t charge for moving from dev to live. If you are moving the site from dev to live, click the request reset button and close the page. We will get a notification and reset it for you. I have reset your license key. You can remove it from the development site and enter it into the live site. Let us know if you have any issues. |

Ok I’m actually just moving to another dev site as I am travelling and now developing online. Regards |
Corey, There shouldn’t be an issue. Just let us know when you are ready to move the license and we will reset it for you. |
