Why is REPORTS different than number of items

When on the registrations list, I filter for APPROVED registrations. I get 53. But when I click the REPORTS tab it shows me 47 total registered. Why is that? Shouldn’t they be the same?

Hi,

I’m assuming you’re referring to the Total Registrations per Event chart?

If so, then yes they should, though the reports will show registrations regardless of approval, so if anything the reports should be equal to or higher than the Approved filtered list.
