Why doesn't EE3 send out payment notification emails to admin??

It appears that there is no notification available when a customer succeeds and proceeds through the payment process.

The customer receives their ‘thank you’ email but nothing is sent to the administrator – so currently there is no way, without physically checking against payment gateway receipts, of seeing if someone has actually paid for an event. Booking confirmation sent to admin fine, but why not any way of being notified when a person has paid (and successfully passed back to the callback page)?

Please advise ASAP

Hi,

The Primary contact email which is set in the general settings page will receive an email notification.

Check the junk mail folder for the email. If nothing is there, then try Postmark app or Mandrill by MailChimp:
