Why do my event lists look so messy

Hello,

I installed eventespresso for my website, but everything looks very messy…

How can I change this?

Hi Miet,

The output for Event Espresso events is mainly controlled by your theme, EE hooks in and injects the event content but the general layout is controlled by the theme.

Having said that, this page: https://bazarts.be/kalender/

Is particularly ‘messy’ because the shortcode is wrapped in pre tags. If you edit that page, and switch to text mode, you’ll see the shortcode has <pre> and </pre> around it, remove that and update the page.

The event lists looking ‘messy’ is rather subjective so can you let me know more specifics on what it is you don’t like?
