Why can't I access the forum?

I purchased event espresso in november /december last year with support. It’s taken me this long to get my web site in order to use event espresso. Now that I need it, it’s becoming a bigger hurdle then learning joomla together with learning wordpress all into one. Funny thing is, I switched from Joomla to WordPress because of event espresso.
I purchased what I thought was event espresso with all the plugins, calendar, muti-event, etc. I paid $159 for it.
I can’t make heads or tales of what I bought since all my correspondance says I purchased ” Event Espresso Advanced 1 Support License”. There is no where on your site that references such a license. Apparently you guys changed the name. I am desperate at this point . Soon I will need to make a decision to scrap event espresso all together and do my own accounting and tracking.
What I thought was going to save me time and money is ending up not to be true.
