Why are the transactions incomplete ?

Hello,

I would like to understand why some of the transcation we have are complete and most of them are not. Please see bellow a screenshot of our back end: Event Espresso > Registrations.

Do you know what could be the reasons that make the status “Incomplete” instead of complete please?

Hi there,

An incomplete transaction is basically a transaction in which the amount paid is not equal to the total amount owed on the transaction, so in other words an registration that has not been paid for.

Complete transactions are where the payments mad equal the total transaction amount owed, so registrations that have been fully paid for.

None of the registrations shown in your screenshot have payments made to them so it would be expected they are incomplete.
