Nothing in your Event Queue
You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.
I have never encountered this prompt before. Is there a setting or a step I am missing?

Hi Nate,
Is your site hosted on Godaddy Managed WordPress? If so, then that’s why you’re seeing that error. What happens is their external caching just deletes the registration data during the registration process. This can be avoided by going into the site’s files and deleting the object-cache files from the wp-content folder of the website.

It is. I have WP 4.7.1 Where can I find the wp-content folder?

You can view and manage files in the wp-content folder by using an SFTP client. GoDaddy has specific documentation on how to get set up with SFTP:
