To make certain we ensure delivery of messages dispatched from your event registration system please provide whitelist information that targeted recipients of messages sent from your system can add to their email security/spam control whitelist.

Can you add some context here, please?

Who is asking for ‘whitelist information’?

Every one of your recipients should not need to whitelist the emails from your site to get them working.
