My system is set up so that registered users/companies can create bookings for their employees. How can I display the name of the person who created each booking? |
Hi Kevin, May I ask where do you want to display the name of the person who created the booking? Also, are you capturing that name somewhere on the registration form? |

Hi Josh, When a logged-in user creates a booking, is the user-id not stored along with the booking? Only logged-in users are able to create a booking on my site, but they are making the booking on behalf of someone else. So the name of the booking is never usually the same as the logged-in user who created the booking. Thanks |
Are you capturing their name somewhere on the registration form? For example, in additional to the Attendee information fields that capture the Attendee first name and Attendee last name, do you also have fields for capturing the first and last name of the booking agent? |

Hi Josh, I thought the user-id of the logged-in booking agent would be recorded in the database when the booking is created? If so, then I would like to display the first and last name of that user in the admin area. |
That may be the case. When you’re logged in does the registration form auto-populate the first and last name of the user into the registration form’s first and last name fields for the attendee? Is the user then removing what’s in those fields and replacing with other names? |

Hi Josh, No the the first and last name are not auto-populated in the registration form for the attendee information. |
You can contact one of the developers listed here and include your list of specifications for customizations and they’ll be able to give you a quote: https://eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/ The Event Espresso 4 core plugin and WP Users add-on do not have the means on their own to display which user created the booking, but an extension can be built to get and display that information. |
