I removed the Add to Cart and left the Register on the event page. What template do I find the OR to remove it as well?

Look at the bottom of this page for the OR I want removed: http://clarkcountyprayerbreakfast.org/

If your not using the multiple event registration addon, then you can probably just deactivate it. That will remove the add to cart link.
