Where's the installation I paid for?

As a plug-in add-on I purchased the installation options, now its been several days and I have not received any emails or communication, nor are there any links on my accounts, to assist me with the installation of this plug-in on my site. I paid $70 for this service and am not getting any support? I need this installed ASAP.

Hi Maylon,

I’m sorry for the trouble. Please go to your account page and click the link where it says “To redeem your token(s) please complete this form”. Then, please completely fill out the form and someone from support will install the software on your site.
