Dear Sir / Madam
I would like to start my website. which i can organize recurring events.
structure must allow any user to attend these events if there is still free space.
and there wont be payment for events, just completion check of event would be enough.
also i would like to give permissions to users for organizing events in future. and also i would like to use social networking themes. so is it possible to use event espresso in such themes and above possibilities.
if ok, can you guide me.

Hi Murat,
If you haven’t already please check out the EE4 testdrive (it’s free to try) over at http://demoee.org. It may help you understand if EE4 is suitable for your needs or not.
By recurring events, how often do they re-occur? EE4 doesn’t currently have a recurring events system, but EE3 does (it basically duplicates the event multiple times over a period of time).

Regarding pricing, events can be marked as free ($0.00) and users will not have to pay for them.
Regarding permissions for other users, EE3 has a system that may work for you: our Roles and Permissionms addons.

EE4 does not yet have similar addons, but it does have a solid codebase that allows for user capabilities to be modified to access X features. You would need a third party Roles and Capabilities plugin to achieve this.

Regarding the theme, I am not sure what you mean by a “social networking themes”, but in general EE will work with any well crafted theme that follows the WordPress coding guidelines.
