Where to enter license key on EE4? (2)

Hi !

I have a multi-site wordpress installation (Sub-Domain based), and I am trying to enter the license key. The situation is –

http://wp -> Main Site Domain
http://ems -> Event Espresso Site (This is where I want to host all my events)
http://some-else -> Other private sites

1. In this case, do I need to network activate the plugin to install the license key ?
2. I tried doing that, and if I go to the main site, and try to access the plugin page, it gives me error – Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Hi Amit,

In this case, you actually do not network activate the Event Espresso plugin. Instead, you activate Event Espresso on the main site and on the site where you’ll be hosting events. You’ll go to each site’s dashboard’s Plugins page to activate it for each site.

Then, you go to the Main site’s dashboard, then to its Event Espresso > General Settings page where you’ll enter the license key.
