Hi,
1) Where they have an option to click on the event that they’d like to see everyone who attended and be able to select their “matches.”
2) When someone logs into their account and clicks My connections they have visibility to everyone that attended their event. They can then click on people indicating they are a new friend or are interested in dating. They look below and can see the photo/name and info for anyone that has already selected them as a match. Singles receive an email notifying them when someone has selected them as a “match”
3) Is this possible to events joining member invite some one another member to indicating for this event which one he/she have join. only matches user which one are interested this events.

Hi,
Unfortunately, none of those features are built into Event Espresso. It sounds liek you would need a custom integration with something like BuddyPress (a WordPress social network plugin), or a completely custom plugin that integrates with Event Espresso.
