Where is the promotion input field?

When checking out on my website for any event, such as:

https://comedietriomphe.fr/triomphenew/event/libereeee-divorceee/

(In French)

The promotion input field does not appear in any parts of the check out process, preventing me to type in a promotion code and get a discount.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi there,

The promotion code field displays on the payment options step, but it will only display if you have either a promotion that applies to the specific event the user is registering on or a promotion that applies to all scope items (meaning a global pomoriotn that can be applied anywhere).

So, have you created your promotion code to apply apply to the event you are testing, or made it global?
