Where is the Admin Notification Email, really

I had an email address of reservations@gatewaysonline.COM in the espresso_general_settings page, and changed it to reservations@gatewaysonline.ORG. However, all the tests (I buy a ticket) send admin registration notification to the .COM address (though the emails come from the .ORG address). (I can see this because I am using a 3rd party to send email, and I see that all the emails are hard-bouncing because the address is the .COM address).

Is there another location for the recipient of this email notification?

Thank you.

Hi there,

By default EE4 uses the Event Author’s email address for the admin emails.

So it’s the email address of the user account that is current set as the event/post author. You can either change that email address, change the author of the event to a user account with the correct email address, or update the EE messages to use the [CO_EMAIL] shortcode for all event admin emails.

I can provide further details if you let me know which method you’d like to use?

Perfect! I found the user (I had forgotten about this), changed the email address there, bought a ticket, and confirmed that the notifications went to the new address and not the old one.

Thank you for your quick and accurate response.
