Where is Payment Overview page template located?

We can’t find where to edit the payment overview page template with the multi event plugin installed. There is a payment_overview.php page, but nothing we did worked. I tried to change the title from payment overview to “zzzz” and nothing.

WordPress 3.9.1
EE3, Multi-Event Registration Add-On installed
New installation

Hi Matt,

Did you move a copy of this file to wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates

Also does the page look similar to this:
