If you log into the forum with the id you used when you bought the license, you should see the software you can download in bubbles to the right of your name on the Account home page, and also on the right side column. You may have to logout and log back in again for them to show up.
Apologies for this, not sure what has occurred. As sales is currently offline, could you please forward a copy of your purchase email to sales @ eventespresso.com and I will get your account looked at as soon as possible.

Any ideas on why your account was not properly updated? Did you create your EventEspresso.com account before or after you purchased?
