Where do I download Addons?

I have a full license, but the add ons are not in my account page, and when I go to the individual add on pages, it wants me to pay for them! Please help me find these to download, this is frustrating.

Hello,

​You purchased a developer support license for Event Espresso 4 which includes support for 5 websites as you have 5 support license keys.
​
​Add-ons are purchased separately and then you can use them on all 5 sites.
​
​Were you wanting to actually purchase the everything support license?

That plan includes access to all add-ons for Event Espresso 4.
