I know this is crazy but,,,, On our site after the person registering chooses the button- add state province, I think we put in instructions. https://www.worldlegacy.com/registration-checkout/?uts=1634587405#checkout
We need to change them and cannot find anywhere where this may have been added. Please help!

Hi there,

I’ve checked the add state province section, the add state section looks like the default included within Event Espresso.

Could you please elaborate more on what you are exactly trying to achieve?

Regards,
Harshad

When the page is viewed on iPhone the instructions are screwed up. They are fine on computer and iPad but not phone- The line that says- Is your state/ province missing…. is all messed up. Take a look please.

Hi there,

Have you performed a conflict test yet?

Try deactivating all plugins except for Event Espresso and see if it is resolved.

If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.

Also try switching to the default twenty twentyone theme and see if it helps to fix the issue, so we know if its a theme issue.

Please let us know your findings.

Thanks,
Harshad

It looks like the above is from fusion builder trying to automatically make the text responsive with inline styles.

The header tag for that text has this class fusion-responsive-typography-calculated (which is not from Event Espresso) and then inline styles setting the line height (also not from Event Espresso).

Try adding this CSS to your site:

@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) {
    .ee-form-add-new-state-dv h6 {
        line-height: initial!important;
    }
}

You can add that to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.
