Hi there,
We are using Seating chart plugin and when seating system is turned on an event user is able to add the attendee details and proceed to the next steps of the registration without selecting a seat.
Looks like a bug in the system, could you please help

Hi,
The seating chart is controlled by JavaScript, so if the user turns off JavaScript in their browser, or if you have a JavaScript error on your site, it is possible to bypass the seating selection.

Hi Dean,
Javascript is enabled on the browser and there are no errors on the page, User still can complete the registration without selecting a seat.

Hi Event Espresso Team,
Can someone please help us? It’s urgent as we are having customer complaints that they booked tickets without a seat numbers and now we have to manually alter their seats.
Your urgent attention will be highly appreciated.

Hi,
Can you please (temporarily) swap themes to a default theme such as Twentytwelve and test trying to register without selecting a seat?
You can also use the Theme Test Drive plugin to test an alternative theme without your visitors seeing the different theme.
While I cannot see anything obviously wrong, the way the site is loading pages makes me wonder whether it is affecting the seat validation.
