Hello, I have had several users report that they’ve entered all of their information, gotten to PayPal, and then “the wheel spins, and they get kicked out.”
I receive the registration information, but the payment is listed as blue (incomplete) and they aren’t given any satisfaction. This is causing them and myself a great deal of annoyance. Please advise as to why this might be happening to some users.
Sometimes the payment goes through, and some times it does not. The same person just tried three times, and the registration processed on the third time. I’ve had other people who use safari complain of a “redirect loop” issue – could this be the same thing?
As for where it displays, the customers don’t seem to understand the question, just that it happens when they click to submit the payment.
If the wheel displays on PayPal.com, you will need to contact PayPal for support. Let’s assume that the wheel displays on your site for now, since EE4 does have a spinning wheel that displays when a registration step is processed. Can you find out if the spinning wheel/getting kicked out happens before they go PayPal.com or after they leave PayPal.com?
