Is there an easy work-around for a customer who selects to pay offline, but then changes their mind about the payment method? Can it be changed after registering?
This depends on the Default Registration Status for the event, if this is ‘Pending Payment’ the user will have received a Registration Pending Payment email which contains a link to the payment page. They can select another payment method if they follow this link.
As to not go into details that don’t apply, can you tell me what the default registration status for the event is please?
