When can we get "Recurring event" add-on for EE4?

Based on other questions, I don’t see an estimated time frame for when “recurring events” will be compatible with EE4.

When can we expect that? I have the same event 200+ /year and am looking at a VERY long process of inputting them individually by “duplicate event”.
