What will count towards limit on an event?

What will count towards the limit sold for an event? Will pending payment/incomplete tickets count toward that limit? I have it set up where they can print an invoice and then pay at the door or pay via authorize.net. I can see that I have sold 25/33 but I have 32 registrations. I have 7 incomplete/pending payments. Will those 7 count?

No the Pending Payment registrations will not count toward the total until their status is set to Approved. So if you want them to count, you can set those registrations to have the Approved status. Their transactions will still show as incomplete until they’ve been marked as paid.

Yes, you go to edit the Event, then set the Default Registration Status option to Approved. Then you click the Update button.
