What is the process to update a Support License?

We are currently running Event Espresso, but need to update the license to our new EE4 account. What is the process to do so, and will any data be lost in the process?

Hi,

The process is you go to your account page and copy the key (ending in 53dd) then head over to your site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page. There you’ll remove the key that’s currently there (ending in 7701). Then replace with the new key.

Your data will remain intact because the key isn’t associated with any of your site’s event/registration/settings data. The key is associated with one thing only: the site’s domain name.
