our env is EE3. no membership is configured. people just register for events by putting in their basic info and pay online.

what is the easiest way to find out what event a person attended? any tools other than exporting?

Hi Karen,

You can type in information about an attendee in the search field on the attendee reports screen:

You can get to that screen by going to Event overview and hovering over a event name. Then click on Attendees.

Once you are on the screen, click on reset filters and this will set it to search information on all attendees.

Hi Karen,

Just to add, depending on the amount of Events you have in total (active/in-active/deleted etc) you may also need to apply the filters first.

So when you go to Event Espresso -> Event Overview.

Set the filters there to pull all the events (which pulls all the attendees for those events) first. Like so – http://take.ms/YqKtK

Then click the ‘All Attendees’ link and continue as you are now.

As mentioned this depends on the amount of events within the database so it may not currently be an issue, just something to note if you can not find an attendee that is known to have attended.
