Hey, Event Espresso Support!

On our yoga studio website, we have our class schedule laid out such that each yoga class is a separate event in Event Espresso and costs $15. We also have a promotion that we offer in which students can purchase a bundle of 10 classes for $100. What would be the best way for us to enact this promotion on our site? Would using the promotions and discount codes addon be our best bet, and if so, is there a specific way that we should configure it?

Thank you for your help!

Hi,

How are you today?

A couple options:
1) Setup each class as its own datetime, then create a ticket that has access to all the 10 datetimes for a special price (click that your special promotion ticket has access to 10 specific datetimes).

2) Setup a ticket with access to all class datetimes, but then limit the number of datetimes to #10 (see the # Datetimes field). Then you’ll want to check-in each use of that ticket so that it can deduct the access each time.

Does that help a little?
