I have been struggling with this for several hours. I have Paypal selected and I think I’ve got things setup on Paypal correctly. I have the appropriate pages in WordPress with the appropriate shortcodes. I’ve created an event and added pricing, etc. What I don’t know is what is supposed to happen after the user fills out the questions and then hits the submit button. Is it supposed to go to Paypal? Thank you.

Hi,
Once the user fills out their registration details, they should see appropriate payment gateways to select and pay.
Can you provide a link to an example event?

Hi Christina,
Event Espresso 3 uses four WordPress pages with different shortcodes. These are used to process the registrations.
Could you go to Event Espresso –> General Settings –> Page Settings?

The most important shortcode is [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] which should be used once on the site on the event registration page. The default is /event-registration/.
If you changed the slug (e.g. event-registration –> events) for the page, then be sure to update the shortcode on your actual page.

Hello Lorenzo,
I was using the single event shortcode instead of the espresso_events shortcode. When I removed that and put the espresso_events shortcode in, it worked.
