I am a little confused what features/plugins will work with EE4. Just looking to upgrade and need clarification on this before making that decision.
On the frontend of your website it seems to indicate there are 50 features that work with EE4, all of which I need. However, when I login to my account it tells me there are only 2 features/plugins that are compatible and all my existing plugins are not compatible with EE4.
Can you please clarify this for me.

How are you today?
There is a difference between Features and Add-ons.
EE4 has more standard features than EE3 (https://eventespresso.com/features/), but EE3 has more add-ons (https://eventespresso.com/add-ons/). EE4 only has the Events Calendar add-on at the moment: https://eventespresso.com/topic/status-of-ee4-add-on-compatibility/
Does that make sense?
