Hi there – I can’t find any reference to the title and descriptor noted in the Details Panel of my event. “Access – This option allows access to the following dates and times.”
Not sure what this is referring to and can I change it? Thanks

Hi Jsanborn,
Tickets grant ‘access’ to a datetime, without a ticket for the datetime you can not attendee the event taking place at that datetime.
A ticket can have multiple datetimes assigned to it, which means a ticket allows you access to each of those datetimes. You may not use this feature if you only have a single datetime within your events but you can look within the ticket editor to view this – http://take.ms/tU9Pe
So basically that section will list the details for each datetime assigned to the ticket.
Not sure what this is referring to and can I change it? Thanks
