Have two events April 12th & 13th, next weekend. Registration has worked, for the most part, fairly well. After the events, I will be submitting some suggestions for my type of event problems and errors. For now, I have some questions.
1. How can I get a Friday night event report that would show the registrant’s full name, Spouse/guest’s full name, how paid and maybe how they paid?
2. Same thing for the Saturday night event.
3. A Income report that would show the registrant’s name, total amount paid, what mode of payment was used: credit card, check, or cash?

Hi,
The CSV registration reports can be generated by going to the event’s registrations page then click one of the Registration CSV buttons that appear at the bottom of the list table.
If your events are actually separate datetimes within one event, you can go to Event Espresso > Registrations > Event Check In, then select the event, then the datetime, then click the registration CSV report button. Then select the datetime, and hit the report button again.
The reports do include names, amount paid, method of payment, and so on.

Thank you, Josh, but I have tried to filter it down to the points I want, and it is no good. The CSV file has too much unwanted data for what I am want or need. I had to manual collect the data I want, that is a shame. This app is super but needs tweaking for small events like my Reunion.
After my event(s) and when I get time, I will outline my thoughts and suggestions. I think it would be great selling points for reunion events.

Some folks actually need the other data. Since you don’t, the unneeded columns are easily removed by using a spreadsheet application. So if you have access to an application like Excel, Numbers, or OpenOffice, you can import the CSV report and delete the unwanted columns.
