Our website is painfully slow, and this is not the first time we are having this issue. We are on a dedicated server, so I know the issue is not with our server. I feel like we just have too much data from within the EventEsspresso plugin. Is there anything you can recommend that would allow us to clean up old tickets?
We received your request for priority support. I’m afraid we actually do not recommend “cleaning up old tickets” as it were because that will break relationships between registrations, transactions, and events.
We can spend up to 30 minutes reviewing settings and plugins within the WP dashboard and if there’s anything actionable there we’ll include that as follow up. I can also advise contacting the server admin because a less-than-optimally configured dedicated server could result in website performance issues.
