If you check the server’s error logs (Your host’s control panel will usually have a section for them) can you see any error logs from around the time the above is shown?
When I am updating the plugin to hide the calendar ticket from Yes to No, the WordPress website gives me an error message of a white screen with this text “(Website) is currently unable to handle this request”.
We need the ‘full’ error from the error logs to troubleshoot this further.
Does your host give you access to the error logs? (Most do within your control panel)
