My website is down and I received a couple of warning messages on the main page. I called my hosting provider, and they informed me that the error was due to my Event Espresso plug-in. They disabled the plug-in. There is still another error that we are trying to resolve at this time so there is still another warning message. I am updating to the latest version of WordPress at the moment and will be able to resolve this last error after completion. I do not have the warning text…
In the mean time, my Event Espresso plug-in, EE3, is disabled and this is my most important plug-in for my website and business. I recently updated (within the past few weeks) my license. I thought I read that the API key would be the same and that the license would automatically update. That shouldn’t be the issue then.
Any insight on what the issue may be? I need to get this resolved immediately as I do not want to loose out on any more business. Please help.
Unfortunately without the error message shown at the time we cant see what the problem was.
Right now your website loads a blank page with a header warning, if Event Espresso it disabled this is not being caused by EE. IF you enable WP_DEBUG does it show any further error messages?
Do you have access to the server error logs? If so take a look in that for any fatal errors and post those here.
