Most likely there is a javascript error being thrown on the event editor from another plugin or your site’s theme. THe JS error will then prevent our code from running to add additional tickets.
If you open up Chrome Dev Tools on the event editor, look in the console tab of dev tools and then click the button to create a ticket does it show any errors?
Eventually tracked down the problematic plugin. The weird thing is is that its not a new one, it’s been in there for awhile, so I didn’t expect any trouble from it. 🙂
Could have been an update to a plugin or the theme that then conflicts with whatever that plugin was doing.
Would you mind sharing which plugin it was?
