We aren't receiving payments in our Paypal account- Missing over $160!!!

Please help!

We set up Event Espresso with our Paypal business account. We had four people register, but we did not receive the money in our Paypal account. I’ve contacted Paypal without luck.

Please help! Is there any way to retrieve the money? What have I done wrong?

I should mention I’ve tried the following:

IPN is on
Account is Business Verified
Tried installing the simple theme- but it gives the error message:
The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Hello Alissa,

What version of Event Espresso are you using?

Are you using PayPal or PayPal Pro gateways?

Have you double checked your gateway settings to make sure the correct PayPal ID (email) is in there and it is not set to do test transactions?
