Make sure that the time zone settings in WordPress>Settings>General settings are set to use a city, not UTC.

Is wp-debug set to true or false?

Is error reporting set to display? Usually this should be set to be logged.

Thanks, Josh.
Time zone is correct. wp_debug is false. How do you change error reporting?
Right now there are no current events, so I could reinstall the plugin if that will help.

Error reporting is typically set in the php.ini file located on the server. Check with your host if you cannot find this file.

You could try reinstalling Event Espresso. Deactivate & delete. Then download a fresh copy from your accounts page, unzip and upload via FTP.

Bad news: I autoupdated to 3.1.26 and the error came back.
Full story:
I deactivated and deleted the plugin, then re-uploaded and reactivated. Brilliant. Resolved.

Then, this afternoon, I updated to 3.1.26 and the error came back.
I deactivated and deleted 3.1.26 and reinstalled 3.1.25. Still in error.

help.

I get that warning on my PHP 5.4 test server too, but only if wp-debug is set to true. I think error reporting is set to display errors, when these should be logged. Have you checked phpinfo to see if the display_errors definition is set to Off?

enter image description here

One thing about PHP 5.4 is it was released very recently, and many plugin developers have not been developing or have a way to test on 5.4. Since the minimum for WordPress is still at PHP 5.2.x they can’t use some of the new 5.4 features yet anyway.
