Nevermind. You really should fix your upgrade process so that it doesn’t copy files into the uploads directory and break the site. I deleted those files and things are back to normal.

Our system doesn’t load gateway files in the uploads directory automatically. They have to be moved manually, via ftp or another method, into that location. There was a link, in earlier versions, that would move the files over for you when clicked, but we have since removed that option. Maybe that is what happened in this case?

The update process would actually be pretty awesome if it did copy everything over to uploads. That would take care of 90% of the update issues.
