Wants me to register again for purchased update to Personal Licence

Hi there, I just updated to Personal License, paid good money and it’s asking me to register. I am already registered, so when I put my registration name & password it says it’s already in taken. Getting frustrated. Don’t want to set up another registration.Please help fix or return my money. Thank you
