The ‘Waitlist’ status, is a core status that is a part of Event Espresso core, the Waitlist add-on utilizes that status for its functions.
I assume you are not using that add-on?
In the past I’ve seen caching cause an issue were some registrations showed as waitlist and I know you’ve recently made some changes to how your site is cached, so just wanted to check if that stopped this issue before investigating further?
The Waitlist comes out from time to time.
And yes if the caching is whats causing it maybe it’ll stop. We have “everything” license so we must have a waitlist add on. Where do I modify it?
The license doesn’t enable/disable features in the way I think you are suggesting.
You don’t have the waitlist add-on active on the site currently (it’s a separate add-on you would install like a plugin, available from your account page) but from the above, it sounds like it’s not something you want anyway so you shouldn’t install it.
I’d wait a little and see if it continues to happen, or if fixing the caching issues prevents it.
