Waitlist status

Hello, I maintain a site that uses EE4, and somehow we’ve come across a registrant with a status of “Waitlist”, although the Waitlist add-on is not installed nor activated. How is this possible?

Hi,

This is possible because if an event’s registration limit is reached, a registration with the status of pending payment will automatically switch to Wait List. This prevents an event from overselling.
