The waitlist doesn’t seem to show anywhere on the event, look at this page https://cellbotics.com/events/cpr-dec-6-21/ this event have waitlist set to 10, no on automatic and, 0 manually controlled spaces but you can see there is no where to enter them to the waitlist… am I doing something wrong?

Hi there,
On the frontend if you view the event you’ll see this message:
Note to Event Admin:
The “Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event” in the Event Registration Options has been set to “0”. This effectively turns off ticket sales. (click to edit this event)
You need to update the ‘Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event:’ setting in that event to be anything other than 0, the default is 10.
Updating that setting will not ‘open’ your event for normal registrations but setting it to 0 basically disabled the ticket sales (including waitlist registrations).

Ok.. I see… so my issue is that I don’t have any one booked for the event but want to show the waiting list, basically collecting interest in the course… how can I do that? Since I have no registrations

Leave your ticket qty set to 0
Set the ‘Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event:’ option to 10.
Click update and that should do it.
