Waitlist Manager Add-on Unable to Download After Purchase

I’ve been unsuccessful in getting a prompt reply from your sales/billing team.

I purchased the Waitlist Manager Add-on and I’m getting the following error when I try to download:

503 ( Invalid Key ): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact Support for assistance.

Please advise.
