Hi, does EE Lite support attendee pre-approval and waiting lists for events,
or do I need to upgrade to Premium for these?

Hi there Richard,
Waiting lists and pre-approval by an event admin is available in Event Espresso 3 premium.

Thanks, it looks like you have great products, but I just don’t understand the difference between EE 3 and 4. If 4 is the newer, more advanced solution why are there many features in 3 that are not in 4?

Thanks Lorenzo, could you explain to me the procedure for attendee pre-approval. Do they book, then wait for admin approval before being sent a link to take their payment?

Hi Richard,
Yes that’s pretty much it. They get a notification that the admin will approve. When the admin does approve it, an invoice email is sent out containing a link tot he payment area.
